Why TASCO´s avatar makes sense

This came up on a Venezuelan newspaper (from Maracaibo).
Chavez spends (on average) 4 Venezuelan minimum wage salaries per second.
That includes trips to 176 countries since he took power, clothes for the "presidential family" (didn´t his wife leave him, and he has no kids?)

Out of the sudden, Tasco´s avatar makes complete sense, althought I don´t agree with him half of the time.
