After the fall down of the Cali cartel the city went into disaray, no more city officials on the payroll, the chain of command was broken, the money had to be stashed away, which still is, there is millions of dollars and wealth hidden in caletas allover Cali, wating for the moment it can be circulated again, it takes about 20 years, look at Medellin 20 years after Escobar, the city bloomed, so Cali is waiting for its turn, nevertheless Cali's women are beautiful and the city has manage to keep its party atmosphere going. Because unlike the US, plastic surgery is very cheap in Colombia. Not only that, they now have payment plans. So a boob job that may cost $8k-$10k in the US may only cost $1500k-$2k in Colombia.

This is not true. In all honesty, I can't think of anyone here in Denver that I know who has had anything done. Plastic surgery here in the US is extremely expensive and not everybody can afford to get it done.

Could you post a link to some Statistics to back up that claim or is it, as I suspect, your personal Opinion? That's the first I ever heard of your claim. Get away from Miami/NYC/Las Vegas and I'm willing to bet its true for most of the continental USA.

Monoke, as I posted also in my first post, I also wrote they get it done because its so cheap. In my Hometown of Erie, Pa--no one knows of ANYONE who has had plastic surgery, save for one person who had, due to Breast Cancer, reconstructive Plastic Breast surgery.

Well in warmer climates women typically wear more revealing clothes and we attribute that to more attractive. Also in warmer climates women since they are typically wearing more revealing clothes are 'forced' to work harder on their figures as they are showing more...If they are in a colder climate- they can hide a few pounds here and there with clothes...

Therefore since they let it all hang out- they have to stay better fit as a rule.

As for prettier girls are wealthier theory...its only a myth IMO. The reason being is they are able to adorn themselves with nicer clothes and nicer jewelry and make up, have their hair and nails done, etc...There is absolutely no factual basis that babies born under money can somehow be more physically attractive than poor born babies.

Of course lifestyle and stress and quality of life have a lot to do with this.

But I'd be more than confident that if you were to go to many poorer neighborhoods and take an above average girl there- buy her clothes, get her hair done, make up (get her b00bs done), etc...buy her jewelry all the things to adorn her- she will look like a beauty queen....

On the same token take miss debutante, take everything away from her and stick her in the country and she'll not seem to be very attractive...

No problem in the U.S. but overseas, on a modem, no way,, so I gave him a "special" email address. I can look at the headers and save the large files to another folder on the server and look at them when I get back.

I got this a few weeks ago,, A power point presentation,, 3 meg,, full of aviation photos,, I'd seen many of them before but never combined. Someone has a lot of extra time on their hands.
