Who'll be the next Mayor in Cali?

The two main candidates, Francisco José (Kiko) Lloreda comes from a traditional Caleño upper class family, that has provided politicians, community leaders and captains of industry for Valle del Cauca and the city of Cali for many decades.

Jorge Ivan Ospina is the son of an ex-guerrilla of M-19, Iván Marino Ospina.

Also, unlike the previously elected mayor, I assume that Jorge Ivan Ospina can see.

I don't follow Politics at all really, but both my parents say it's kinda bad cos none of the two big candidates are really all that good, but then after Apolinar Salcedo anyone will be an improvement. So they say, even though I don't follow politics I have seen the decline in Cali, everytime I go there it's just messier and all of 5ta Avenida has been a mess forever now it seems. Hope who ever it's chosen new mayor really fixes the city :) Mi cali bella.
