Who was worse for Colombia, Tirofijo or Pablo Escobar?

I'd say Tirofijo because he terrorized Colombia for about five decades whereas Escobar did it for about a decade or so.

Too difficult to choose one or the other. Pablo was more effective in many ways at destroying the state, but Tirofijo, as pointed out, impacted the country for a greater period of time.
