morphus says on Apr 1, 2008, 07:09: Colombians will now be able to enjoy the best fast food in history. White Castle is better than Mcdonald's and Burger King combined. Americans drive hundreds of miles to go to White Castle. The burgers are made with high quality ground beef and are high in nutrients. One burger only has 7 grams of fat and 140 calories They also have chicken and fish burgers.

Robert Jorge says on Apr 1, 2008, 21:07: Tomacoma - I have no idea if the franchise holder(s) is gringo or local. I only found out that there is a Hooters going in from reading it here on PBH. Personally, I don't like Hooters, unless they are running the $5.99 a lb. crab leg special: But I think it is a good business opportunity for whoever is opening it up. My guess is that the owners are probably connected to Florida, probably Miami. That's total speculation. --"I believe in making the world safe for our children. Man Tequila says on Apr 2, 2008, 08:38: I don't have a hate on for fast food companies. Some of their food is nutritious, and a few items are quite tasty. I am selective about what I'd eat there. Although I enjoyed "Fast Food Nation", I believe this book contains a few positive messages about fast food, as well as the obvious negatives. I do make a point of not visiting the usual chains when I travel for pleasure, and am unimpressed when people tell me they haven't visited some restaurant for twenty years. Robert Jorge says on Apr 2, 2008, 17:49: I think Burger Chef was the first fast food restaurant to come up with a kids meal. They called it a "Fun Meal" and it always came with a toy. You could also dress your own burgers at a counter. I believe they were bought out by Hardee's. If not, a lot of the old Burger Chef properties were sold to Hardees. --"I believe in making the world safe for our children.
