To the threadstarter, although Colombia still has its crime problems, it has decreased in every major city and isnt as bad as it used to be. Just be smart about things, you'll be fine.

I think maybe it's difficult to get that, from a common place, in the other cities. Probably I'm wrong about that. But, that EXPANSIVE VIEW FROM ATOP MONSERRATE is quite inspiring.
