I am astudent wondering what phone cards other members of this forum use to call Colombia. Also, It would be appreciated to hear what everyone thinks to be the best deals or best values overall.
I am aware most phone cards have different rates by city and am currently interested in calling Cali, Bogotá, and Popayán.
Thanks for your time.

maria1234 says on Jun 19, 2005, 19:18: Penny for Penny VMACORP. They have excellent rates, pinless dialing, call records, the best customer service and are the best value overall. Unfortunately, they only have local access numbers in Florida but i you have cell phone with free long distance you should be all right.

Peter Miami says on Jun 21, 2005, 12:29: Mario tell us the truth How does your card come out to 1.7 cents a minute when you have 3 minutes rounding and .79 cents maintenance fee? Even if you buy a brand new card everyday and use it straight through to the end. I am sure the maintenance fee is every week. Do the calculations.
