Which ATM/debit card do you use for Colombia?

I just got my statement from my last trip. My bank (CHASE) has started adding a 3% charge on top of the 1.50 per ATM transaction. Not too happy about that...
Which card do you recommend for use in ATM's in Colombia?

You can open up by mail a free checking account with no ATM fees with Affinity Bank in Ventura, Ca., and also with National Interbank in Indianapolis.

A Paypal account is also useful to transfer money between your accounts, and after 60 days, you can apply for a debit card which only has a $1 fee.

Not sure about the US, but for UK, the Nationwide Visa Debit card is without a doubt the best. No charges at all for foreign transactions.

I used my Washington Mutual Debit Mastercard from June - Aug of last year and had no problems, they charged me 1 cent for every dollar I took out and thats it.. no 3% surcharge.

Well I was in Colombia last August, and all ATM transaction using my Visa Debit ATM card cost me $5.00 US dollars. So I did not get a break per transaction, but then again my bank is not one I would recommend even when I work for it.
