Where to find large shoe size in Medellin?

I would appreciate any advice on finding a size 13 EE shoe in the Medellin area. I've searched high and low with negative results. I would think Medellin would have a "Big Man's" store, but that has also proved fruitless.

Very CLEVER sir!

I'm assuming you're not Colombian. It would be a great disappointment if you were.

los zapatos grandes son muy raro en colombia.....porq ? well, the old adage about the size of the feet compared to the size of the manhood, is it true or not ?

i think that you will definately struggle with finding those sizes matey especially in a country where the now manufacture and sell and distribute especially for our smaller colombian brothers. apparently, this is a problemo solo en colombia en america latina...so maybe returning to a country like england or the US where there are more above average man sizes might be ur best option.

Exito or Carrfour? I wear size 12.5 and was able to find shoes at Exito and Carrfour if I dug deep enough. There are a number of malls near the Fotbol Stadium that carry alot of imported athletic shoes, maybe you should check them out? I remember a lot of Nikes, Addidas, Converse and more expensive designer shoes like Kenneth Cole.

Luck in Cartagena on size 47 (European) or 12.5 (US) After years of searching I found a place in Cartagena. They have shoes up to 47, though they don't even know: They sell them as 45. You might want to contact them, as far as I know they are distributors. If they don't have a shop in Medellin they might tell you their provider:

Calzado La Elegancia
Calle de la Cruz 9-82
Centro

Large Shoes Thanks to all for your suggestions.

Yesterday, I noticed my taxi driver was very tall and ask him where he purchased his shoes. He said I could have them made in Central Medellin at various locations where they manufacture shoes. I was at the location about four weeks ago, but was told they didn't have molds that large. I will have to take another trip.

Thanks,
