I had Almuerzo campesino or peasant’s lunch. I was not in the mood for any fried, baked or barbecued food. I just wanted my lunch to be a healthy and “delicioso cocido” a delicious cooked roots or products straight from the soil e.g. potato, yuca, plantain, corn, arracacha and complemented with chicken, pork and beef and all these stuff was inside of a succulent broth and served in a clay pot.
