Hola!
I would ike tohave my dress made (if we have enough time) or bought in Colombia, Bogota. We are in Texas now and most of the dresses are flimsy light. I do not want to buy any of them them and as wearing those would result in my wearing a sweater on top when I am a cooler Bogota. Could you recommend boutiques for wedding dresses where they can alter the dress in 2-3 days without wracking my nerves?
Also, the groom does not want to own a tuxedo--he is one of those practical people who does not want anything that is only a one-time thing. Thus, where can we rent a tuxedo for a 5'9 chubby guy?
Thank you!
Sonya

Dan says on Aug 17, 2005, 16:26: My wife found a dress in Salitre plaza near the Panamericana. Looking at the store, it was to the left in the corner. and I rented a tux near a shop near Calle 85 and Cr 15. It was right on the corner on the second floor. The guy worked well to get the right size. Good price too. as far as alterations for a dress, shop workers may have suggestions. God Bless America! |
