ferran says on Mar 16, 2009, 14:00: Bombero this is the breakdown, I have eaten Bandeja paisa in Barcelona, Madrid, Sydney, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, Quito, Lima, Cali, Bogota, Santa Marta, Cartagena, Barranquilla and Medellin. The BEST, VERY BEST was in Santa Fe de Antioquia in a hotel that has also a restaurant in the patio of the house, the Worst VERY WORST!!! in Houston, a place called mi Pueblito, God was it HORRIBLE!! All truth goes through three phases. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self evident. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

Papi de Alejo says on Mar 16, 2009, 21:11: NYB, you can try Mi Territa in Brentwood, Long Island. I never had it there because my friends always told me it was too much to eat. I had it once in a mall in Manizales. I like to eat and am usually the first one finished. My girlfriend kept looking at her watch waiting for me to finish. I will have it again, but as Morph says above, I'll have to plan the meal in advance. Live simply... Love generously... Care deeply... Speak kindly... 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
