I've visited the websites of the 2 Deaf schools in Bogota: INSOR (Instituto Nacional para Sordos) and Fenascol. I'd like to know where Deaf people hang out.
I've noticed some similarities between ASL (American Sign Language) and LSC (Lengua de SeƱas Colombiana) but I want to learn more!
Has anyone seen any Deaf people gathering on a regular basis (ie. cafe, mall, clubs)? Pls don't list if you witnessed only a single interaction in LSC.
I'm seeking for places that are frequented by Deaf Colombians. Thanks!
