Hi there I am from spain living and working in Bogota and I would like to meet foreingers living here for a while. where can I meet them?

I work in a language school and we would like to hire foreign teachers and also have interchange courses with colombias.

also we are opening a foundation for helping poor children, so we are searching for volunteer people for that.
