What's going on with page 2 of the active list?

Has anyone else noticed that a lot of posts from a very long time ago are showing up on page 2. And they have not even been resurrected by new comments. WHat gives? Is there a problem that I'm not aware of?

There was spam with the name Cali, it brough up many threasd from a couple of years back, causing new and actual posts to go to pages 3, 4 and so on. Desi brought them back.
