Glad to hear he hasn't been kidnapped and is in fact alive and well. I didn't know about this other forum, I tried to visit it today but seems to be "members-only" as I couldn't view any of the threads. I'm still waiting for my membership to be approved. From what I've seen, I prefer the PBH user interface, I think Peter's done a good job there (and obviously spent quite a bit of time designing it).

In Cblog You can't think different from the self called "Established members" (Kernow, Rubito, the Lady Katt, Isa, Don JD...am I forget someone ?) For JD all is "nonsense" or "crap". I would also like to make one more comment about the "other site". In the past, I defended it. I promoted it, enjoyed posting, and became friends with a member or two. In my opinion, and that is all it is, I have very little interest in it now. It is openly racist - like JS stated. I singled out the offender that stuck out in my mind the most, but others were / are guilty over there as well. If you want to see people stereotyped and generalized from the southern US, go to Cblog. We are white trash, honkys, trailer park living dim-wits, crackers, etc add nauseum. There are a few select posters that appear to actually get off on making fun of anybody that is white, living south of the Ohio River, north of Orlando, and east of the Mississippi. But don't worry, Arkansas, Texas, ... well, anybody not on the coasts are also included as crackers over there. We are just "fly over" country. And I am not even making this filth up ... I paraphrased some of the shit that I read with my own two eyes.

Now that I said that, let me also say there are some very good people over at the other site as well. I would say the majority are. There are a few personalities over there that are just out of control, and dominate the site. I have gone from thinking the other address is a little more mature, to thinking it is a women's club or a beauty salon discussion group. If you aint' part of the click, you are tolerated at best - but most likely ridiculed unless you are extremely careful as to not offend those that are allowed to call you honky.

RJ I do apologize, I have used the word cracker before, but it wasn't meant to isolate or pick on white people... Reina...claro que fui a ver a Soda. Llenaron 5 veces en River Plate (batieron todo tipo de record con mas de 350.000 personas). Y yo ya fui a dos. Y ya tengo entradas para el ultimo concierto el 21 de diciembre. 3 horas de concierto...30 canciones...terrible. Me alegro que te haya gustado. El sabado tocaron en Bogota y lo llenaron tambien. Desi, solo voy a agregar que los Admin...ganan plata con estos sites. No lo hacen en forma gratuita ni por caridad. Esta perfecto, es su negocio. Con lo cual los agradecimientos estan bien...pero en realidad ellos debieran agradecernos a nosotros que somos los que con nuestras visitas le damos vida al site, y colaboramos en forma totamente desinteresada (bueno la mayoria) aportando nuestros conocimientos en todo lo que nos sea posible. Todo en su justo limite.
