We might spend New Years Eve in Barranquilla and travel to Cartagena on New Years Day. We are looking for something fun to do in Cartagena for a couple of days. And if anybody knows of a nice affordable hotel on the beach or near the beach that would be great. Just tring not to bore her for a week. Thanks for any help

plastic surgery in colombia says on Dec 14, 2006, 09:04: if you like electronic music there's a fest called ULTRAMAR. It's like 3 days of party and it's very busy. this year i think it has dj tiesto, carl cox, paul van dyk, etc. etc. it's meant to be good fun. new year's eve in cartagena is also a common plan to do here... like i'm from barranquilla and i love it but it's only fun if you have family here, otherwise... i don't know. although every club has a party and those parties are great. but cartagena is meant to be a wayyyy better place to spend that night.
