What quality restarant equipment is available in colombia?

was wondering if anyone knew of or had any suggestions regarding the ability to find and buy restaurant equipment of some quality. i have looked around in santa marta and baranquilla, and have found nothing up to the expectations i would like. has anyone bought and/or used quality restaurant equipment such as stove burners/ovens, grills, planchas, low boy refridgerator systems, etc...? If you have opened a nice restaurant, have you had to settle for sub quality equipment, or did you find nice stuff? and if so, how expensive was it? any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

A lot of this Rest Equipment is exported from Miami, tons of used Restaurant Equip Export dealers located west of MIA off the Palmetto Expwy.

you might be up against a wall, bro, i never saw anything like 'wolf' or the like there, even the finer restaurants use plain ole colombian stuff. go to your favorite restaurants and ask them.

a friend in ctg owns several fine restaurants...juan eglesia (juan del mar) you might want to call him at his restaurant 'el mar de juan' and ask him.`

good luck.

You find all type of equipment in Bogota and Medellin, theres got to be something in Baranquilla, go to www.citalsa.com its equipment from argentina, theres is also chinese refrigerators of all kinds in Colombia, look for it and you should be able to find it, Its not cheap

All truth goes through three phases. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self evident.
