What is at this address in Bogota?

I got a strange charge on my debit card that only lists an address in Bogota.

It is Cra 11 No 86-80 Oficina 501.

Does anyone know what is at this address or what building this is? Last time I was in Bogota, I only used the card at the Carulla near clinica del Country. This would be near that address, but I don't think that it is it exactly. Any clue?

I already talked to the bank. They didn't have anymore info other than the charge was made yesterday at 7:02 am in Bogota. I don't see how that could be a legitimate charge. I already canceled the card and disputed the charge.

I am still concerned that it might be Carulla. I used the card there a few months ago and it never showed up on the account. I tried looking up Carulla's website, but it is down.

Carulla is on 85 and 15. The two nearest that one are en Quinta Camacho and another one on 70 con 11

It could be. However, the charges I make in Colombia usually come through immediately. I made some purchases at Exito the next day and they showed up right away.

The thing is that I had another odd charge from some web site called LoveIsARose.com. I have never even heard of that site and no one else has access to this particular card. It may be an odd coincidence that the two charges showed up on the same day but I prefer to err on the side of caution. If the Bogota charge turns out to be legitimate, I will withdraw the dispute.

I did actually figure out who is at that address. It is PagosOnline.net and it is a legitimate charge. I called the bank and let them know to allow it. The thing that threw me is that the charges normally say PagosOnline.net and this time they used just the address. The fact that an actual fraudulent charge came in the same day made me suspicious of anything out of the ordinary.

I got in touch with the LoveIsARose.com people and they told me they've had over 7,000 small transactions over the last few days. So that was definitely a fraudulent charge. It is a common scam going on these days. They charge thousands of small transactions hoping that most people won't notice them.

In any case, a new card is on the way and all is well.
