I doubt if the question has ever been raised here on PBH ; where you may find the most Artistic, well educated Colombian women with the highest IQ. ect. It appears many are more interested in a Stephford Type Wife,,,,,

I agree with Rubiazo the Bogotá it's the most cultural city in Colombia, and yes you may find the most educated people here, but then the women in other cities would be at a disadvantage. The women in Bogotá may have more opportunities to access education, it doesn't mean the other women in Colombian aren't smart, though not educated. I've always believed there are various types of intelligence. Someone in Bogotá may be able to talk about art or politics, but someone en el campo may be able to make a crop succesful and feed her family.
Educated doesn't imply smart, it's basically what I'm trying to say.

It's not like Bogota is the only bastion of opportunity in Colombia, there are many universities in other colombian cities, and as jpbadillo mentioned, Manizales actually has the highest number of universities per capita. The city is packed with students from all over Colombia. It's really a university town.

The intelligent person is easy to recognise, they are usually very quiet, they do not show off what they have, they never speak abut what they have achieved, they control their mood and they give a lot of love and joy, TRUST ME, IT’S NOT ME!
