What are the Colombian Monday Holidays in July?

Almost every Monday is a Holiday It seems that almost every Monday is a holiday in Colombia, just ask someone who tries to operate a business there. My wife can not remember them all, but she will generally watch "TV Colombia" in the morning a little while here in the states and she said it herself, Colombia doesn't work on Mondays.

Independence day is 7/20, probably making this a four day weekend, but no holiday today, 7/17.
