I will be moving to Bogota in May for a few years to attend Los Andes/Javeriana (im not sure which yet). I will need an apartment, but i think im just going to rent. How hard is it going to be fore me (17 years old) and alone to rent an apartment. My parents dont REALLY want to come to colombia at all, but even if they do just to sign papers, how hard will it be?
