Hi folks.. had a fantastic 3 weeks in Colombia and didnt get murdered, kidnapped or drugged once..
I am now back in dreary, cold England but my luggage is still enjoying a holiday somewhere between Bogota and Barcelona.
I met some fantastic people, my novia and her family were the most warm and welcoming people i have met, who could not have done more to make me feel part of the family
I didnt do much of the usual tourist visits but will post pics when i get a new cable to upload them
I also met 1 current and 1 ex PBH and their wives who showed us great hospitality and honoured to call them friends
I am going to miss Colombia hugely and cant wait to get back, theres a stack of Arepas with my name on them

Ok, the bit about hardly any english food is scary as hell but most of what i read isn't positive and the family .. well, according to them i'll be shot, drugged, mugged, stabbed, drugged again, then again, organs sold, any remaining drugs in system removed, shot repeatedly for good measure and maybe end up in hospital and as no nhs i'd never afford it .. lol
