I'm not sure where your coffee farm tour is but there is an excellent one organised by the Plantation House, you walk there and back on a circular route (not too far) which is fantastic in itself. The tour is only in Spanish however.

You need a whole day for the valle de cocora because the jeeps only operate in the morning and late afternoon, so no half days. Plantation house will lend you a map, the walk is well worth it. I got absolutely filthy with the dust riding on the jeep, be prepared and hide away your hat.

when you are in Medellin, go for a daytrip or overnight to Santa Fe de Antioquia.

1-2 days Pereira won't be able to do much. Fincas, termales, plantation house all nice but I would rec. Valle de Cocora. Those palm trees are amazing and the little base town from which to take the jeep very nice.

You're not giving yourself enough time in the Pereira vicinity for what you want to do.

You're arriving 10:30am the 8th, and leaving for Medellin the afternoon of the 9th?
You won't have time to do anything.

Basically did the same trip a few weeks ago. Loved Santa Rosa and Parque del Cafe. Pereira mainly spent time at the Aladdin Casino. Great trip. Would love to go back to Santa Rosa and to check out Armenia and Manizales. Great people in Pereira. Will post photos soon. Email me if you have anymore questions.
