Website DESIGNER Needed - Necesito DISEÑADOR de Página Web

After a lot blood, sweat and tears, I have managed to open my first small business, a cool, 100% Colombian Café/Gallery in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY. I am looking for a reasonably-priced Graphic Designer who can design my website. However, my budget is very limited since I am just starting my first business. I am looking to spend NO MORE than $180-$200. I'd really appreciate if anyone can help a fellow Colombian out with his first enterprise. Funds can be paid via Paypal. Por ende, estoy buscando un Diseñador Gráfico ya sea en Colombia o en cualquier parte del mundo que me pueda colaborar diseñando la página web del negocio. La cuestión es que tengo un presupuesto bastante limitado debido a que hasta ahora estoy empezando. La verdad es que no puedo gastar más de U$180-U$200. Advice Can I give you the best advice you'd ever get? Start a weblog. That way, you can always post news about events and such. Go to Typepad.com, start an account (half your budget a year), and start posting pictures and information. Make sure the sidebar has the address, directions, opening hours etc... Then, go to feedburner.com, make sure there's a big "subscribe to this feed" on your sidebar, and a "subscribe by email" (you can get that in feedburner). Finally, once it's up and running, send emails to other nyc blogs/colombian blogs to promote it (you're doing a good job here ;)

I was looking for any web of painter Mauricio Gomez (in porpose the recent book about him "with the left hand")that lives in Paris, France. Then, I visit the list of painters there according with Colombian Embassy in France. How complex do you want? As long as you don't want the typical Colombian site (lots of Flash animation), I can perhaps do a few pages for that. Let me know how to contact you.
