My trip to Colombia begins Monday, with lots of plans for trekking (e.g. El Cocuy). This is supposed to be the "dry" season, but everywhere I look on weather sites it is wet, wet, wet in most places. Is this unusual? What is the longer term forecast (through February)? I'd appreciate any weather info anyone can provide. I don't much like walking in cold rain. Muchas gracias.
