Watching German Bundesliga in Bogota!

GolTV Latin America shows one game live on Fridays as well. I dont know Bogota, but Cable Pacifico in Medellin has GolTV latin America.

Open an account with bwin (http://www.bwin.com), it's free and you don't have to spend a peso/euro.
Pick a match...if you follow the Bundesliga you'll know the 1. Bundesliga matches are played on Saturdays. On the bwin site check the live section where they have all the fixtures for the Saturday Bundesliga matches....they also have the 2. Bundesliga as well if you are interested.....good luck.

I will go on to figure out until i have found a sportsbar where i can enjoy Bundesliga live on Saturday morning bogota time.
