I have met Walter several years ago in Cali, hanging around the Chipe Chape mall looking for Gringos. He spotted me and my buddy and asked us if we wanted to pay for assistance. I believe the amount quoted back then was $300. My friend asked him about some of the ladies on his website but he couldn't arrange any introductions. Instead he wanted to take us around to malls, etc and approach ladies that way.

Paisa/Calena/Luver made some good comments; you do not need someone to charge you as a "tour guide" to hook you up with ladies in Cali. I am not fluent in Spanish but never have had any problems geting around Cali or meeting ladies there. However, if this is your first trip to Colombia and are not "street smart" than maybe Walter is the person for you.

Cali is not any more dangerous than many other places and if you are careful with your $,luggage, are not flashy, and take precautions, I believe things should be ok.

Now if you just need a driver to take you to a few places, "such as Cristo Rey, etc", I know someone that is reliable and charges 15,000 pesos a hour. Although he speaks English, he only provides transport; no introductions/matchmaking..

He is the one that told me to find out about walter mora is, he saw his website and was interested. to me It just look kind of bogus... but there are alot of people on other boards that are talking about him.. so i wanted to get peoples opinion out there.
