voting in london

Hi y'all. Long time no see...i was just wondering if anyone here in this site knows if there is still time to register a cedula/passport in the uk (london to be more exact) for the next presidential election. i've tried to look in the embassy website and in the internet but couldn'd find any information about it.
any info will be greatly appreciated.
