Visa Processing Times

I was under the impression that the California Service Center is approving I-130's in as quick as 21 days. My wife's was received in California 53 days ago and I have heard nothing. Shall I be concerned? Does this mean that I am in for a long wait? Can anyone give me a idea of realistically how long it will be until my wife receives her visa as a long as the process has no problems? We we were married on March 12th and she is expecting a baby on December 10th. I was thinking that she would be in the US in plenty of time to give birth here, but now I am thinking it may be close. Nine months seems like a very long time to complete the visa process. Any thoughts?

According to the web-site https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/NBCprocesstimes.jsp?

K3/K4 spouse visa applications filed in October 4, 2004 are currently being processed at the National Benefits Center.

K1/K2 fiance(e) visas filed March 15, 2004 are currently being processed in California, however, people have been reporting as having received approvals in less time.

I had heard that fiance(e) visas were being processed quickly, but I had not heard the same (in fact, I'd heard the opposite) regarding spousal visas.

Either way, the USCIS website has the instructions on what to do and when to become concerned.
