Visa for spouse of Colombian

Hi, me and my wife just got married here in the states and we are thinking about relocating for a year or two to colombia as my work has slowed and i could make the same money in colombian as long as i have internet also my wife is pregnant and has insurance in colombia while my insurance would not cover her it cost about 18-22k for no prob prgnancy but have a friend who had baby with some problems and is already up to 50k - i live in florida and the property i have here has topped out and is a good time to sale because in my area it is now cheaper to rent than to buy so that is never good long term lol ....but what is the process do i need a visa in colombia since we are already married here in the states and will marry when we return to colombia - what is the best advice and process for doing this as far as me living legally in colombia while being married to a colombian ...thanks
