Just a quick question which I am almost sure I know the answer to....
Do Colombians need a visit for in transit through Venezuela?

sloopskipper says on Apr 23, 04:41: I don't know about Colombians, but I am gringo and was able to transit Caracas on a trip from San Juan (PR) to Lima, in 2005, without a visa. But to step outside the airport, $45US.

sloopskipper says on Apr 25, 19:24: and you can also come via Panamá, if that makes any sense. It is only 50 minutes to Cartagena, and I think not too much more to Medellin, Cali, or Bogotá.
