Check Samsung and Service Provider's Websites I do not know if your Samsung is an international cellular phone. I have a Panasonic international cellular phone with built in camera. My service provider was AT&T and it was just bought by Cingular. I go to Colombia about three to four time and I use my cellular every where and it works great. Cali, Palimira, Buga, Calima, Armenia, Perieda, Medellin and most smaller towns around these cities. Go to the Samsung website and see if your phone is an international phone then check your service provider. Also check if your service provider has some type of discount international roaming this is for customer who uses this feature more often and it is cheaper.

E700 Utility of Mobile, rather than Roaming Hi again, what I am asking is really if the mobile itself can be used in colombia. I mean, if it can be used, then I intend to purchase a Colombian Sim Card. So I am not asking about roaming service, but rather on the utility of the phone itself

Thanks again
