USCIS CSC processing, Case isn't in the system(?)

This seems really strange to me right now. A little over a week ago, California update or "touched" my petitions for my wife and stepdaughter, but the case status has not changed. Now, I'm trying to contact the 1800 number to see what that says. For my cases, I get a message saying "-We're sorry, but due to a temporary problem with our system, we can not access your account information at this time, please call back in another time-". Now, when I enter other case numbers near my own either above or below and in between, I hear a message about what the status is of those cases. The USCIS website still have no new status on the case, only the touched date on my account. does the service centers take the cases out of the system when they are approved or sent somewhere else? I'm just trying to figure out why it's not in the system over the phone even though it's still on the system on the internet. Also, I still have not received anything by mail either.

Any ideas or suggestions?
