Hey RJ, What's up buddy? What specifically do you need?

Robert Jorge says on Jul 8, 2008, 21:46:

Well, I messed up, and hit 'enter' before even typing anything. So here goes: I am in a real bad situation right now. I will contact an attorney tomorrow. But I need to know who or what number to call for USCIS when you need to report a conditional permanent resident who lied on their visa paperwork, interview, has been unfaithfull after being married, and is doing everything they can to stay in the US and screw their petitioner over. Speculate all you want ... I will be glad to answer PMs from people I really know here. I feel like I am drowning, and I want to figure out a way to survive.

Hola!

I learned the word PUTA KA from the cousin of the filipina I married! Yes, its the same as PUTA in Spanish! My wife planned to divorce me before going to the USA Embassy in Manila. I have the emails as proof! She had sex within 90 days with another American upon coming to the USA and the DNA test proves her baby is not mine. Still, she said I abused her and that was tossed out of court, but they gave both of us a restraining order. She moved in with her cousin and tried to break up that marriage via sex, thus we call her Puta, Puta, Puta from her 3 episodes of adultury!

Contact ICE, Immigration Customs Enforcment locally!

Give them the information, but locally my office said that it was not marriage fraud when I explained her plan to divorce me after getting married to me, but before the Embassy interview. Give them the info and walk away from guilt the USA government will not kick her out like Colombia would treat her, if she did the same thing there!

Puta, Puta, Puta got her permanent residency, since she was allowed to self petition. Do not give her a chance for a Restraining Order! Possibly, if she has a child in the USA they will allow her to stay also in the USA.

Mononoke28 says on Jul 9, 2008, 08:48:

Robert Jorge,

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do since she already got her Conditional Green Card, she's a legal permanent resident until her card expires. I would advise you to gather as much evidence as possible, file for divorce (if that is what you truly want, I'm only speculating based on the info you posted) on whatever grounds may apply and make an infopass appointment with your local USCIS office. There they will explain to you what needs to be done, if anything.

What I've seen is that most immigrants with CGC will get to stay for the two years and then it's up to you not to let her prove at ther Removal of Conditions interview that she married you with the best intentions. That's when you have to try your best to let the Immigration official know that she got her conditional card with lies from the very beginning. But in all honesty, it's up to him/her to either deny her the 10 year card or not.

Good luck with everything!!!!!

Yes RJ, this is one of the two ways I mentioned 1) In person 2) In writing. But I would be curious to see how your appt goes. I am sure every State is different - but in my State, it was incredibly impersonable. You have zero privacy and little time - so back up everything with a registered letter. Documenting the date you showed up for your appt and what was discussed, who you talked to etc...
Also, don't bring your cell phone if it has a camera- they do not allow you in Federal buildings with a camera phone and will not hold it for you!!

I can't give details, other than vague information. I think it is OK for me to say I am not allowed to have contact with her. I definitely am not trying to abandon her. I need to have a cup or two of coffee, and then call my attorney and then USCIS.

Elmo, I would be glad to share my dirty laundry sometime in the future. I didn't do anything I am ashamed of - besides being a sucker. But if sometime in the future - if my experience helps one guy out, it will be worth sharing. I do not wish my experience on anybody.

Albatross: "But never forget... men are pigs and women deserve even more "rights"."

I hope this is a tongue in cheek joke Albatross.....I think it is about equal (in kitty's book) just men do things differently than women and are typically physically stronger. But a woman can be violent and manipulative and emotionally or mentally abusive. In fact, I think that the manipulativeness might trade off for the physical strength.

RJ - I am not sure about your State -- but in mine once a person is served for divorce there is a TRO attached and the person is ordered to stop all financial transactions. So, if that is the case in your state, if she did file a seperate DV TRO - just show up for court and tell the truth (with a lawyer) with the arguement there is already is an existing TRO from the divorce service (that you have clearly honored and will continue to honor) and therefore there is no reason to make it permanent.

Yes, Kitty... I was being sarcastic.

The average women now has more "rights" than the average man here in the U.S., but we still gotta listen to why we should to give them even more. And as this thread illustrates, American law isn't even on our side when the women are foreigners scamming American citizens in order to get money and a passport.

I guarantee Colombia doesn't throw it's women under the bus the way America does it's men.

The basic issue is using FRAUD to allow people to stay in the USA after the women now think they deserve to live in the USA, despite leaving their spouse even though marriage was the ONLY reason she was allowed to enter into the country originally!

Being a good citizen means that we need to notify the government to get out this illegal person! They laugh at the law while they laugh at their spouses. It is easy to drop it after learning that ICE will not do what is correct and deport the woman! After going through the process, reality tells us the truth, not idealism concerning right and wrong!

GY,

Exactly. I wouldn't mind putting in a few calls myself. Plus we could always call Bill O'Reilly, haha.

I have no motivation to try and get her in trouble with USCIS or ICE. I know that is quite a different tone than what my original post implied - or even said. I just want to cut my losses and eventually move on. I am also getting advice from an attorney - as well as talking to a lot of people who have been through this like some of you guys. Thanks.

Hola!

You want to laugh? That Puta, Puta, Puta; as I call her for her 3 episodes of adultury, is joining the USA Army! She had sex with 3 military men and think its such a nice place!

GY,

You should report Puta, Puta, Puta, to USAREC. In theory she would receive a character disqualification but that's a major assumption I suppose given the current need of the Army.

I contacted USAREC and maybe they might do something!

I am not holding my breath!

Good advice Doc. Your last sentence doesn't pertain to our situation (fortunately). And your suggested plan of action is exactly what I plan on doing.
