I read all the old stuff concerning this subject but I want my own thread.
What are the guidelines and requirements for a Colombian to obtain a tourist visa? The process and any helpful hints would be nice. Thanks guys for your help and input

Robert Jorge says on Jun 13, 2007, 09:12: If you are talking about a tourist visa for a Colombian to the US, you have a better chance of hitting the green zero on a roulette spin. It's about a 2% chance. The easyiest way to get a Colombian to the US is to go through a work or student visa process. Of course, there has to be a legitimate sponser involved; ie: school or business. And then, if the person receiving the visa doesn't actually intend to work or study, it can be considered visa fraud.
