My original post:
Hey, does anyone know an older vallenato song that goes:
"yo a ti te quiero morenita consentida
debes quererme por lo mucho que he sufrido
Eres
la existencia de mi vida
Eres
el aire que yo respiro
Que lindos ojos me alimenta tu mirada
como la sangre que...por mis venas
Eres
la mujer que yo deseaba
Eres
la alivia de mis penas"
A friend recorded several discs full of older vallenatos and unfortunately she has no idea who sang many of the songs. If anyone has any ideas who the group may be, please let me know. I'm interested in hearing more of their music if at all possible, but it is extremely difficult to find a lot of the older artists. I may make a new post with other lyrics of songs where I don't know who is singing. Thanks ahead of time for any help!!!

Lcacique says on Jan 22, 2008, 20:22: Turns out that the song was composed by Nafer Duran and it was interpreted by Toby Murgas and Ender Alvarado. The CD's also included: Mi Presidio (Romualdo Brito y Alonso Gil); Esperándote (Romualdo Brito y Alonso Gil); Quiero (Toby Murgas y Ender Alvarado); Compañera (Juan Piña Valderrama y Juancho Rois); Canasta de Ensueños (Jorge Oñate); Palabras al Viento (Jorge Oñate); El Romancero (Diomedes Díaz), Tierra de Cantores (Los Hermanos Zuleta); El Condor Legendario (Los Hermanos Zuleta); etc. Anybody that likes older vallenato songs would probably enjoy these if they can find them. Then again, maybe I am just a geek for old vallenato. Hoy se nota en la floresta un ambiente de alegría. ¡Y el rumor de ranchería es mas dulce y sabe a fiesta! 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
