yes they are still working there, quite fast for what you can see from the street.
Personally, i think it is a pity that they had to run down the restaurant in Aguacatala and the Vivero... it was a quite nice spot.
I don't know about when they will finish, nor exactly how many shops they sold. I was told by an agent the they already sold everything, but, not being interested, I did not check at their office myself.
Just a thought... you see all those fancy shops in Oviedo and El Tesoro and simply not much people in there... and you wonder if they are just there for money laundering... and now, many new malls being built... Santa Fe being probably the fanciest... it doesn't make much sense to me.
