Rafael Correa le corrige y dice:
- Señor Presidente, mejor lance 5 billetes de 10.000 y así hace feliz a 5 familias venezolanas. ..




Evo Morales para no quedarse atrás dice:
- En ese caso, lance 10 billetes de 5.000 y así hace feliz a 10 familias venezolanas!



Finalmente Noriega dice:
- No!!, aviente 25 billetes de a 2.000 y serán felices 25 familias!!!! !!!!!

En eso voltea URIBE y les dice: Y Porque mejor no se lanzan ustedes cuatro HIJ^&** y HACEN FELIZ A TODA LATINOAMÉRICA
