Ultramar in Cartagena?

Has anybody heard of Ultramar? From what I've heard it's an Electronic/Dance festival in Cartagena usually the 1st week of each new year. Rumor has it that it's a great scene with all the lovelies from all over Colombia converging to have a wild party. I'd like to hear some experiences and if anybody knows its dates for 2005.
