it depends on how long you're going to stay. if you do not want a lease, that would be more. the smaller one is in the neighborhood of $500 usd per month; but that could vary on the length of stay.

the apartments are still rented until 9/1.

the larger one is so huge that it is too big for just one person; i'm thinking of putting in 2 or 3 student type tenants.
