Tutoring English in Medillin

I am about to move to Medellin. I have a desire to teach English but would rather Tutor rather then teach in a school setting. I would appreciate any information anyone may have concerning this desire. Please..............!!! Just serious remarks and information
Also, I would appreciate information on what I must do to work there legally for a long period of time. I know I do not need a visa but there must be some documents necessary to live there for a long period of time.
I ahve read about blood test which is OK but also fingerprints. Is the for the benifit of the Colombian authorities so that I can be located?
Thanks for any good advice.

Search the site. Lots of good info already here. The box to do that is in the upper right hand corner. Or you could just scroll through the pages. Both of your questions are asked here sometimes more than twice a week.
