The following quote was taken from a Colombian Consulate Web Site.
It is granted to a foreigner who receives monthly pension provided externally by a Government, Entity or Private Company, in a quantity equivalent to minimum 10 legal monthly salaries.
I've always wondered the amount of 10 legal monthly salaries. Anyone know? I've heard the TS pensioners visa is not very common.
