Trying to get in touch with someone....

I have friends that I have not spoken to in many years and I am looking to contact them for the holidays and to see if they still live at their address in Bogota Colombia (that I knew of years ago). Does anyone know a way to look up a family by name or find an email address/telephone number for someone in Bogota? Thank you.

Try going to the old address and maybe a neighbor will let you know what happened to them.

Go to any colombian consulate. Maybe they have DIRECTORIO DE PÃ?GINAS BLANCAS (white pages). . .

just a crazy thought.

I am somewhat sure that you can even leave the city blank, and find them anywhere in the country, as long as you have the names.

Sorry for the multiple posts, I didn't notice the "edit" feature.

Nobody seems to change the name for the phone number. My wife is still listed in the phone book for her number and she hasn't lived there for 4 years.

But is possible they have not deleted the entry and new owner is also listed for that number? It might be interesting to check on paginasamarillas to see if it is more up to date than the current paper book.

I would imagine that comes from the billing file.

I just checked mine in San Juan (from less than 2 years ago) and it is gone.

Vanilla I guess, but I don't think sloops come in flavors, just a main and a jib. Just little ones, Kells 23 & Catalina 22 here, except for a 197' in southern Caribbean.
