My boyfriends name is Luis Castillo. He was born in Bogota,Colombia in 1977.Him and his sister Maritza were put into orphanages untill the ages of 3 and 4.White people from United States adopted them.He is now almost 30yrs old and has always needed to know his past.He knows which hospital he was born in.He also knows the name of the orphanage and some other small details. Can anyone tell me how hard it would be to find anyone from his family or anyone who knows any information there in Bogota? Is there any agencys there that help to find people. He also knows the name of his parents. If anyone could give us any info that would be great!

This weekend I have to do an investigation as well. I'm not in Bogotá but have people who live there and work in this area.
