Trying to find a person in Colombia
I am trying to find a person in Colombia , I know the city it is not a large city , I cannot remember their full name but I know that he is a Doctor.
Is there a Colombian phone directory , preferably in English where I can trace say a list of Doctors in a Small city(Its Not a Cali or Bogota).
