Hi i am from canada and am going to colombia in oct 2004.I hope to meet a colombian lady for marriage and intend to move to hopefully cartagena or someone else where it is relatively safe. If anyone can help or inform me as to apts to rent please let me know.I am open to travel anywhere aslong as it is safe. I speak fluent french and am taking spanish lessons to assimilate into the latin life. Does anyone have info about apts or houses to sell in cartagena or barrinquilla and which spot is better to live thankyou
