Is this possible? How can any agency guarantee a tourist visa to the US? . . . They have offices in Cartagena and said this to my wife's friend . . . She's ready to drop a nice chunk of change for their services - I asked her what is the company's policy if the visa is denied - she said there is none because they guarantee it . . . . I think its BullS*#t . . . Am I missing anything?

Mr. Hollywood says on Jan 10, 2006, 21:26: Here's how these places work... It's really simple, they give everyone a money back guarantee to get a Visa and charge them a hefty fee. Then they fill out a few forms that you could easily do yourself. Those people that don't get the visas ask for their money back and eventually get it. Those that do get their visas are happy because they think this agency actually DID something. Other than helping guide a person through the process, these agencies add virtually no value.

Of course I tell her that NOBODY can guarantee a visa but she wasn't hearing it . . . its like some people WANT to be taken advantage of
