Traveling to Bogota for Interview

My wife lives in Palmira near Cali and it is very likely she will have her interview in November or December. But she is scheduled to have a C-Section on November 30th, meaning she is unable to travel during those months. Do I have any options or must I reschedule once she is well enought to travel.
