Again, my comments will not post so I am making a comment here. I have had the pleasure of traveling from Manizales to Pamplona.(17 hours) First, being confined for that long period of time kills any excitement of viewing any sights. Secondly, after boarding the bus in Manizales, the Police came aboard and video taped all the passengers, that was enough to make anyone feel uneasy. Thirdly, the mountains and curbs made me sick. Oh, I forgot to mention after traveling around 5 hours, the police boarded the bus and checked everyones cedulas. All of these things are different from the United States, so it made me feel uncomfortable. I am not suggestng what is better a bus or plane, just telling you me experience.

You did say you had the pleasure of travelling by bus, then basically said it wasn't all that good ???????
